Let our renowned chef, Ellery Powell (UK), take your taste buds on an unforgettable journey. Join one of our rare public gourmet nights in Pillapalu.

It's a homely cozy environment, not your typical restaurant setting.

Each night's 4-course menu is unique depending on the seasonal availability of ingredients and Ellery's mood :) We focus on using local, organic, wild and Northern Food Label ingredients where possible.

You can book the Gourmet Night for up to 12 people for 950 euros which includes a glass of local sparkling wine as a welcome drink and non-alcoholic drinks.

Wine paring is also available

20 years ago, Ellery was awarded a distinction from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (UK). 

Former chef at Michelin-starred restaurants, the Savoy, and others, Ellery is known for innovating with wild ingredients.

He is also co-owner and chef of Metsaresto in Rooküla.
